Damaged Goods Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need to investigate the issue and may ask you to provide us with photos of the damage.

If we determine that the product is indeed damaged, we will issue you a full refund or replacement, at your discretion. If we determine that the product is not damaged, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
